2 part interview and an Excel Test. Fairly straightforward finance questions and basic excel formulas. Be able to talk about key investing topics and answer behavioral questions well. Come prepared having an idea of what the company does will also go a long. If you lack the finance knowledge, figure out a way to prove you are a fast learner.

Interview was 2 stages, one interpersonal and the next was technical followed by an excel skills test. The first one was a lot of tell me about yourself and qualitative stuff. The second one was basic questions about finance such as what is a stock, bond.

Entrevista
Received an email to schedule a phone interview about 3-4 weeks after applying online. Phone interview took place about one week after confirming the time, received a call at exactly the time that we scheduled. About 20 minutes of interview Q&A followed by 10 minute window for me to ask questions.
The interviewer was very straightforward about compensation and the role itself. Was upfront about starting salary, which was totally non-negotiable despite being below average. Strictly Q&A format, little to no feedback or informal conversation. Ended by interviewer describing high workload, "work hard, play hard" culture, the likelihood of frequent long hour days with high-stress work, and then asking if the compensation (which was lower than what I said I would expect in the application) would be a deal breaker, to which I said yes based on it being well below what I would be comfortable with, especially given the intense workload. The interviewer said my application would be withdrawn from further consideration.
