A half day of virtual interviews with different staff members of differing roles, differing levels of seniority. Questions weren't difficult but the length of the overall process made it difficult. Also screen fatigue.

Very misleading experience. The responsibilities listed for this role online versus what I was told I’d actually be doing were completely different. They wanted me to go inside peoples homes and interview them about their mental health (alone) 3 days a week. For the rest of the week they’d want me to come into the office to discuss the interviews (job was listed as remote and when asked about this I was told to think of it as hybrid since I technically don’t go into the office on the days I go to the homes). This was frustrating because field work and remote work are totally different. They also wanted me to work weekends doing at home interviews as well when the job was listed Monday through Friday. The job also listed that it would be more of data analysis, preparing and scheduling meetings/agendas, grant proposals, and writing reports but it was instead just field work data collection and discussions. Also for the amount of gas and effort this job would take from all the traveling, they wanted to pay low 40s so I was really disappointed by the compensation. (Which was lower than the 60k salary posted for the job). I believe they posted misleading job descriptions to get more people to apply and I wish they would’ve have been more honest. Also the process from applying to offer is 3 months (from application to phone screen is about 3 weeks and from phone screen to interview is 1-2 weeks and from there you wait another 1.5-2 months for an offer) and the interview is a 3 hour long panel interview.
