Phone interview followed by a series of very positive in-person interviews. I was very well qualified for the position. After interviews with IDG team leads senior people and a subsequent meeting with the director, all of which went well, I was then kept waiting for more than four weeks before I gave up hope. Repeated (though reasonable) attempts to contact HR or the hiring manager for an update were either met with silence or an explanation that the decisionmakers were traveling and had not made a decision. Never heard anything concrete, and I've since gone elsewhere. I was extremely put off by how the whole thing was handled, and have advised others in my current firm to avoid RTI.
