Entrevista
I got a call from RSM a few days after I submitted my application form online, inviting me to an assessment centre the following week where I would have to complete a verbal reasoning test and a numerical reasoning test. The tests themselves were okay, no more difficult than the usual tests used for grad jobs. The scenarios were however presented in a booklet instead of on the question paper, so the format was slightly different to usual. The numerical reasoning test was 30 questions in 35 minutes, and the verbal reasoning was 40 questions in 20 minutes. You had to score in the 50th percentile in both tests to pass that round.
I got a call the next day saying that I had passed the assessment centre, and that later on I would have a phone screening, before being invited to a manager and partner interview the next day. The phone screening was competency based and also just asked about general background information. Once I passed the phone screening, my manager & partner interviews were confirmed.
The first interview was an interview with a manager and someone from HR, and was competency based. It basically expanded on what was asked in the phone screening. If you passed this interview, you got to have an interview with the partner, which was much more informal, more like a general chat.
I got a phone call the next day with a verbal offer, and had the hard copy by the start of the next week. All in all from applying it took 2 weeks. From the first AC to the offer it was 4 days.
