I completed an online application, nothing too taxing. Got an email a couple of days later saying I was invited to an assessment centre. The email said I would be doing verbal and numerical reasoning tests and if I passed the various stages, an interview. I arrived and we had a presentation from one of the managers at that office. We then had our verbal and numerical tests which were pretty hard - we were basically given a booklet of information on two theatres, and had to answer questions based on that information. Next we were told we would be doing a group discussion - this involved us independently reading a booklet of information about some charities and we had to discuss which charity we would invest money in - not too difficult! After that we had a buffet lunch, and were quickly invited to do an interview one by one. No one had been sent home at this point (I thought I would have been long gone seeing as I did awfully on the tests!!) the interview was more like a relaxed chat just asking about my a level grades and why I wanted that job.
