Online application followed by a numerical test followed by a video interview and final assessment centre. Very friendly experience, managers explained about working culture. Most of the questions were situation judgmental and a few case studies (not very hard). They just want yo know how you think.
I will suggest back up your decision with numerical data and be creative with your answers.

Pre-recorded video interview. 3 questions in total. The instructions were easy to follow. Standard strength-based questions. For each question, you have 3 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to answer.

Entrevista
Online assessment includes situational multiple-choice ranking questions and numerical questions. Online video interviews have 60 seconds to prepare and 120 seconds to deliver the answer. The assessment centre includes multiple case studies and one-to-one interviews.
