The final assessment centre day is only taking half-day, the interviewers are friendly and the atmosphere is kind relaxed.
There was a big room for every candidate for getting to know each other and do some group activities. They then put each candidate into a different room, had two interviewers for each candidate. The candidate is interviewed individually in their rooms, as well as presenting the topic the candidates been asked to prepare beforehand.

Entrevista
Online Aptitude Test consist of different type of questions including situational based question, behaviour question, numerical question. It is not timed. Do a lot of practice on SHL website as it helps to prepare you for the test. The questions can be of similar types.
I was asked to upload a CV, cover letter and questions on background and experience. The next stage had a motivational, behaviour and personality questionnaire and a logic and numeracy tests
Typical Online video interview ,contains 5 questions and you only got one change to records. It is more about yourself and how you react. I took the Video interview but not enrolled into next stage as they concerned about the qualification exams.
