2 informational interviews with a senior associate and a manager. Both were quite young and very willing to answer questions I had. They were very easy to talk to and basically just wanted to give you insight on what they do.

After career fair, when in and interview for the 3 day leadership program. Submitted resume and was contacted 3 days later by the Talent recruiter.
