Applied through University. Interviewed at University then at their home office. Meet with Supervisor for roughly 30 minutes. Had more of a conversation with this person then actual interview. No office tour or lunch provided, which is common for other accounting firms.
Nothing out of the ordinary or unexpected. I would not advise spending all night studying. Background research and studying always helps for all interviews. The interview is composed of mostly behavioral questions.

Two- thirty minute interviews. First interview is mostly getting to know you, second interview they ask questions about why RSM. The interview process is not very hard and the interviewer makes you feel comfortable
It was pretty causal. Two thirty minute interviews and the people were very friendly. One of my interviewers were a man and the other a woman, so nice to see different perspectives.
