I applied through college career website as well as McGladrey website. Two weeks after submitting my application, I received a call to schedule an on-site interview. The interview consists of presentation about the firm and three one-on-one interviews. The day after the interview, I got a call from the recruiter giving me an offer.
Very friendly, 2 30 minute interviews. Were back to back virutal sessions; however, they did not feel very long at all and I feel like I still had things to ask when the time expired.

Mainly behavioral. One question was about a time you faced a problem.
Super simple! A manager interviewed me, then sent me to the partner for a second conversation. This was all done over video call and didn’t involve any technical questions. Great for college students!
