Entrevista
Through my university, had a phone interview and then an at the office interview. They questions were very conversational and not difficult. No behavioral based questions were asked. They were difficult to get ahold of, especially the recruiter. They seemed like they wanted to hire me and let me choose which field I wanted but then never got back to me.
It was conducted by one of the talent acquisition officer and the whole process took about 30 minutes. The interview was to get to know the candidate and to see if they are the perfect fit for the role

- General qns on why u want to join the firm, prior experience etc, and will share abt culture here as well
- One stage interview
30 minutes interview with specific department intern supervisor, asked the usual questions like what is your career aspirations, why RSM and explained how the internship works. Was quite manageable and expected
