I was head hunted on LinkedIn by one of the company’s talent acquisition members. Once I clarified my interest in the job, I got an email for my technical interview. I passed it and proceeded to the managerial interview which I passed too. Then I got no calls/emails for around 2 weeks and at the same time I was offered a promotion in my place so I took it as I first thought I didn’t pass the interview but afterwards I got a call to schedule the last interview… so I had to turn it down as I already accepted the promotion.
