The HR person called and set up my interview with the Lead Archetect of a new project that was starting up. I did all my company research ahead of time but because the project was entirely new I didn't know exactly what it was on my resume that decided I was a canidate. The interview was mostly technical questions and I beleive I did well. I think what they were looking for was C++ experience which I have but it had been a number of years since I've coded in it. In recent years I have coded exclusily in Java. The Archetect said he would contact HR and I was here back in about a week. I never heard anything, not even a "Thanks but, no Thanks" email. I of course followed up a couple weeks later and still never heard back. This isn't too uncommon but it doesn't leave people with a good feeling about the company. Oh well, it was a good practice interview.

There were 5 rounds of interviews. All between average and difficult. First one was screening which was on technical side. The director level was supposed to be non-technical but it was not.
