Quick and to the point. Took the time to get to know me. Knew my resume before the interview. Gave me background on their own experience and what I could expect from the job

Interview was very informal, covered many topics. Was very please with the person who interview me and what type and how they asked questions. Thought that they should have dealt more deeply with experience and skills.
