Scheduled a time and day. Sent interview details with whom it would be with, phone number, email, time etc. I cleared my schedule for that time naturally.
Not only did no one show or call, no one responded to my follow up email. Extremely unprofessional.
If a company ghosts the interview they set up that’s a petty telling red flag.
