Awkward. I saw the glassdoor reviews before going in (the negative ones), and I wanted to believe they were not true. It was quite obvious after the phone interview and meeting the CD in person that they were. I had an awful interview because I knew I didn't want to work there. Not sure why I even went. They said they would "pay you for your time" and they wanted you to do a test.
I did about an hour of work. I never heard anything and was never paid (big surprise). I have known a few people that have worked there full-time, and most don't stay longer than 1 year. It seems like there are a lot of fake reviews, as it is a very small company and I don't know anyone in the industry that says good things about them.
Just look at the responses from petty management on the REAL reviews which they say are fake. That should tell you all you need to know.
