It was a two part interview. My first was 1 on 1 with a recruiter, the second part 1 on 3, myself and 3 leaders in the company interviewed me. They popcorned, shooting various questions at me which was intimidating.

I was approached and reapproached. Finally decided to be open minded. The process took several months, two trips and many conversations. Many conversations and emails implied an offer was imminent. Disappointed that my time was wasted. No regard for the vacation days I took and expenses incurred driving to airport, paying to park and child care.
