The interview process is 2 steps. First, HR contacts the candidate to get through preliminaries - straightforward enough. The second round is a half-day in a designed city where several RLG member will join several candidates in a group interview process. The session is quite intense and invigorating depending on the candidate's comfort level.

Candidates are given a case study when invited to the second round. In this case, they are asked to prepare, send in their analysis ahead of time, and then asked to present at the half-day session. The question is "How would you present a given scenario and engage in a coaching conversation with a client manager?"
