The interviewer asked me for an interview for the first time, but they didn't show up, and I sent the follow-up email but didn't get any reply. Later they contacted me again and asked me for another interview. The interview this time is short, but the interviewer is aggressive and have very fake smile. They really disrespect the interviewers.

Insanely thorough for an entry level position. it was 4-5 rounds of interviews, with one of them including a hands on AutoCAD and presentation design exercise. You talk with the HR person first, then the gallery leader, then the regional leader and finally with your direct supervisor.

The interview process has been extremely, and in my opinion, unnecessarily lengthy. The interviews are usually scheduled to happen once a week, and it is a 4 to 5 interview process. If you really want to work for them, make sure that you have the time, and income to wait.
