It was a little odd. I was taken outside the store for a 1:1 with the sales manager. I had the distinct feeling that she was not used to interviewing potential staff by the questions she was asking. She didn't seem at all interested in my responses.
Friendly staff, accommodating, the interview was casual and I enjoyed the environment. The atmosphere is nice. They asked broad and specific questions and they pay attention to attitude and personality. Try to look at your best
It was an easy process. It took a long time to hear from me them and did not know what to think for a while. So moved on with my search in the mean time

Round 1 with HR was general screening, a long casual chat where they ask you if you have any questions for them and then they get to now you.
Round 2 with Department head, went well. Sweet lady. Good chat. explained how things work there. Asked in detail about previous work experience. Said will move me to the next round with manager and that its very important to know about values at RH.
But ghosted after that. No response to multiple follow up emails
