Interview process was rushed and unprofessional at times. Two phone interviews with rapid fire questions, one interview with founder. The interview felt awkward, as I was sat 8 feet from the founder. She did not turn off the radio during the interview, and left the door open to the rest of the office, which has an open floor plan. Very distracting.
