I originally applied to RF Smart at the end of October 2024 and went through 5 interviews ending in mid December. The interviewers included potential peers, the hiring manager, and department managers.
In late December, around a week after the final interview, I was told that they would be making me a job offer, but needed to wait for budgets for the new year to be finalized before they could send me an official letter. 3 weeks later, in mid January 2025, I was informed that the role had been canceled and I would in fact not be receiving an offer letter despite their original message weeks prior. Incredibly frustrating experience.

There were three rounds during the first round: phone screen then hiring manager. Next in the second round, there were 3 panel type interviews with the engineeribg managers, developers, and and current POs. Then finally there were two final round interviews with the hiring manager again and the VP of Product and then with the upper leadership on the development side. The entire interview process took 4 months. This is partially because I interviewed in October and they took 3 weeks off for Christmas and New Year's. They told me that they can give me distributive answer until after New Year's. And then one week into the new year they let me know that they canceled the role and that they appreciated my time and effort. I would not recommend working for this company.
