Initial communication was via email and then a short phone interview. Later traveled to Manhattan for a face to face interview. It was a rather long interview with the interviewer spending plenty of time reviewing the company, it's goals and expectations. I was introduced to office staff and everyone seemed very friendly and happy to be working there.
