interviewed with HR first and then the senior attorney. Both were friendly. The hr interview was not what I thought it would be. It had formal standard questions but I was surprised at first when she opened with a very broad question of asking me to take her through my experience. She then asked more specific questions. The second interview was with the attorney who asked more specific questions but focused more on if I 'fit.' She told me that there are only 2 inhouse attorneys. The other one was a recent grad that passed the bar and she was a past intern. They outsourced some other work. The only thing that I didnt like about the application was that the HR was on vacation and didnt get back to me with the timeline that the attorney told me.
