after passing cv selection, we first received a panel interview. The interviewers were really nice and encouraging. We started out with self introduction. After that we were put into groups and given like 20m to prepare a presentation for a new product launch. There were more than one interviewer/observer in the room because they want to observe how the candidate treat each other during discussion. They want to identify different traits withing candidates.
