I had an introduction interview in September 2022, when Relex was still Formulate. Despite having a pleasant talk, I never heard back from the recruiter, not even a message that I was declined. That ruined the positive interview experience.

Quite long process. After having to wait for a couple of weeks they reached out to me. Initial interview regarding motivation and general fit, second round with more technical questions (together with one engineer and one architect). Quite relaxed atmosphere, but also somehow unprofessional imo (one of them was wearing sweatpants hanging around on a sofa). After that a department specific home assignment which I had to do and hand in. Discussion call regarding home assignment and code walk-through. It was a cool assignment, although it made the process even longer. Finally hiring call with HR making an offer. Overall more then a month after initial interview. People have been very friendly, but I would have dropped out on the first better option, not only because of the long process but also due to a weird and unreliable communication. 2021 wasn’t an easy year after all, due to COVID. I also must say, that they didn’t really care/ask about my CV. In retrospective I wonder if they even read it - There would have been some quite interesting things to talk about , but well
