The first stage of the interview was the standard phone screening with a recruiter. Then a case study that was a good example of what a customer would seek assistance with. I was told there would be a total of 3 interviews, though I only completed 2 before an offer was extended. During the initial screening call with the recruiter I was very open about what my minimum salary requirement was, though they didn’t feel I was serious and offered a very low offer that I had to turn down.
