First round by HR through phone call, and then the next round is the online coding session review with the technical people from the company.
After that for some time the HR called me and inform me that I was accepted

I applied online, the recruiter contacted me via email asking when we can have a call. Gave them a timeframe, they said they would call then, they didn't. They eventually called me later in the day when I had told them that I will not be available. After that had an interview with the team for culture fit, the company seemed in quite a disarray but the team seemed really nice. They told me they would get back to me even if I would be rejected. It has been two weeks and I have yet to hear from them. I think the state of recruitment process reflects how the company is, unorganised and chaotic. Also the unprofessional attitude of the recruiter further turned me off from the company.
