Started with an open house on Saturday with groups of five in ten minute sessions sat down with a manager and sales lead though group Q & A session. All applicants were called back with a yes or no. If yes you were invited back to a second smaller group interview with two others and a store manager with more in depth questions.

What have you done on days when your going into work and you know it's going to be a busy/crazy day? Where there things that helped you get through the day?
Group interviews were friendly and well managed. Staff were kind and understanding. Good and thoughtful interview process. I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere at the store and when speaking with the interviewers.
The interview process was simple and over the phone. Then I went in person. She was very nice, but the store manager was a bit off. Ultimately, it just wasn't a good fit.
Submitted resume online then they wanted me to do a really stupid video interview where I answer questions from a prompt and video record myself giving answers. Just schedule a normal interview you idiots.
