Applied online, did a brief phone interview and was called in a for a 30 minute in-person interview. It was very casual, they told me not to dress up for the in-person interview and to not bring anything with me (didn't need to bring my resume with me). They told me I would be scheduled for 16-32 hours a week, however now that I have my schedules, am I scheduled for 33-45 hours a week.
Pretty quick and simple interview process for such a big company. Everyone seemed nice that I spoke to over the phone but for the most part the interview was all online. Just answering questions and recording your answers.

Your normal mid level job assessment, and questions. Make sure you have hiking, or some outdoor activity on your mind. They want to make sure you know about who they are, and what they sell.
I did an online interview first. I filmed myself answering a few questions. They called me in a few weeks later for an in person interview. Very standard interview questions, got hired on the spot
