After sending in a resume, I got a call from a general manager and they asked when I was available to come in, and a couple of easy questions about availability. During the actual interview, the managers were super friendly and just wanted to know about me and my hobbies and experiences outdoors, and then asked a few questions about how I handle a heavy workload.

What do you do if you are helping a customer, and you have another customer who has been patiently waiting for you to finish up, and then another customer comes up and starts passive aggressively trying to get your attention?
Asked written responses in the application. Application was followed up with by automated recording interview questions. Questions were very similar to application questions. Didn’t receive any interview with a hiring manager.
not bad. 2 rounds of interviews. simple questions and online. questions about retail experience and how to work with others. it was only with one person who was their HR lead. Only have 2 HR people working at store.

The first stage was completely online. I took the online interview which asked questions and you had 3 minutes to record your answer and submit it; three attempts could be taken. Withdrew application after a few days, so I don't know how the rest of the process is.
