Interview as a whole was smooth and easy to talk with the people interviewing, however the process was long, about4 interviews. The interview it self was focused on agile methodology and the ability of the individual to perform and lead a team of 4-5 people. I had to interview with the recruiter, hiring manager, agile coach, and the team... all in separate interviews.
