I don't know if there's a difficult question. I think more than anything it will be up to chemistry with the Broker. Know your sales results and what you plan to do to grow your business. REMAX charges about $1000 month for office fees. maybe a little less if you share an office.
Fairly easy and straight forward. Like all real estate offices they welcome new people. With ReMax it more geared to agents with experience. It has more to do with if your a good fit with the group.

They will take anyone credible. In the end they are trying to recruit agents to build their business. Earnings are based on commission splits not salary. So remember negotiate the best deal inclings splits. Marketing fees, office or desk fees

good support systems in place and great sales training hard to come by. everyone seems pretty friendly. most agents are asian so the language can sometimes be a bit of a barrier but all the staff speak english fine.
