The process was very long with multiple rounds, and had multiple people in each round. Fairly standard, all things considered. From application to first in person interview, it took around 3 weeks.

The interview process was simple. They first did a screen interview with general questions. I was then contacted by the hiring manager for a more in-depth interview, which was very straightforward.

a one on one interview with Sr. hiring manager, then program manager, then project managers. It was easy because I have a wealth of experience, i knew more than the interviewer did - which made it easy to anticipate and answer his questions.
