The interview and the hiring process were extremely standard, 2 managers that interviewed me and then a short chat with the regional vice president. They then asked many situational questions together in the interview which was totally fine. The regional VP just wanted to get to know me more and learn about me and my history.

I interviewed with the HR and after this round there would a final round of in-person interview, which is with the branch manager. First round of interview is virtual, which takes about 20 minutes.
