I got a screening phone call to get to know me a bit and while the role didn't directly align with my background, I still made it to the second round which was a video phone call.

1) Online quiz for character, personaility traits
one week later received an email with interview scheduled for the next day
2)Video interview with management. It was just one person.

I applied in January and was selected for an interview in February. I was interviewed by two people and they spent majority of the interview just describing their department and the role I would have then they asked me questions. I was told I would hear back within the week and did not hear back for over a month when the recruiter called me asking if I had signed with another company already, which I had.
