It was very relaxed and conversational. Situations were described and my job was to tell them how I would react - so that they come to know about my thought process.

Project management related queries - such as working in a team and various situations one comes across. For e.g. conflict with resources being divided and you needing more time from that resource, someone not pulling his weight, arguments among people that leads to lack of trust and harmony etc.
