First round interview with HR. Second round with someone from the Finance team. Third was a presentation to the seniors (kind of assessment day). Very smooth overall, friendly people and not too difficult

1. Telephone interview - basic stuff about motivations and some comercial based questions focused around the geopolitical news.
2. Assesment Centre - 2 interviews (each 45mins). One interview was on competancies, including why you want to work at RBC, the role, how you would contribute etc. The second included a 10min presentation you had to produce (3 days notice), and then more commercial questions about capital markets.
