Four stages- online application ,online assessment which take 45 minutes to complete,online interview which take 45 minutes to complete then a group interview which take around 2 hours . Then there will be a call with the recruiter to discuss about joining
4 step process. First they review your application. Then they send you an online assessment to gauge your personality. This is followed by an Online one-way interview where you can record your responses. Finally, there's a panel interview with some other candidates present.
