Had a telephone interview with two employees. Got through to the Assessment Centre held a month or so later. The AC consisted of two panel interviews with two analysts in different areas of risk. Wasn't asked many technical questions, the interviews were more conversational and I got to ask questions throughout. After interviews, there was a group exercise involving all candidates in which we had a discussion followed by a presentation.
