I applied for the job online first and after went to an career event and was hired directly. I had two interviews in a roll. Like the culture and people there a lot. Staff there looked very professional.

All the questions I got are predictable.e.g. Why do you want to work for RBC, some behavioral questions. The interviewers were very professional and super nice. They know how to make you relax.
Good and easy to get along with the interview . Good and easy to get along with the interviewer as they were super nice and chill they did not pressure for more than necessary
Interview process was pretty okay, there was a general interview with general questions and a little bit about financial accounts and you went through a call scenario and had bit in a group setting
The interview process was simple, straightforward and comfortable. I spoke with a manager in an office space.There were no trick questions. Was asked about previous work experience, hobbies and goals. It was roughly thirty minutes.
