Interview process was a call to come in and met with the Branch Manager. A meeting with the Branch Manager the next week. I enter the interview very comfortable and the Branch Manager was very welcoming with knowledge of what she was inquiring from the meeting that she had requested upon meeting with me.

There were not difficult questions. Very straight forward and comfortable interview.
Based on my understanding, the process usually begins with an online application, followed by an initial screening interview. For client-facing roles, the interviews mainly focus on behavioural and situational questions, such as customer service, communication, and problem-solving.

Absolutely amazing. Very friendly manager that interviewed me. I had lots of questions about the bank teller job and the manager answered all my questions and was super nice. We had a wonderful conversation about all the teller duties and all the hours and schedules for the job.
Interview process is fairly normal. You get a call from a recruiter that’s 10-15 minutes long. And then 40 minute interview about your experience and interest. Basic questions were asked. You should be prepared to know the value and examples that you faced that can help with future problems you might encounter
