Applied operation summer intern online. Screened thou telephone and then got on site 1 to 1 face interview with team manager. The interview is friendly and had a nice discussion with the team manager. It was English and Cantonese based, asked past experience including work and activities.

Greater focus on behavioural questions over technical knowledge. You skip the online assessments if you completed the Spring programme. There is a half-hour telephone interview. Still waiting for a response on whether I've progressed to the AC.

online tests, phone interview and then there's an assessment centre, consisting of a group case study, presentation and 2 interviews with senior members of the team. Whole process was quite fast.
