The process started with a simple online submission, then an online interview, and finally a face-to-face interview with a panel of interviewers. Right now, I am currently waiting for the face-to-face interview.

General Behavioral Interview questions, nothing special for online portion.
Multiple online interviews that were very user friendly. At least 3 different interviews in the process. Very positive and supportive interviewers and friendly fellow interviewees. All of the interviews were online through easy to use platforms.

Online IQ/Skills test. Video interview, then group panel interview. For the video interview, you get the questions, have 1 min of prep time and then need to film a response. Was very easy to follow and I felt very informed throughout the entire process.

Started with a video interview, and then a group interview with various group presentations. Got sorted into groups automatically. Entire process took about a month. There was 7 selection committees that attended the final interview
