RBC contacted me for an initial phone screening. There were two people on the phone and the interview lasted around 15 minutes. The questions were mostly behavioral. I was also told more about the role. .
They have some pre designed questions common for everything, in my case everything for easy for me but didn’t got it landed actually that made me confused was there anything i did wrong or they have already set there mind not to hire me
one round 30 minutes with hiring manager on behavioural and no techinical, only asked if have experiecen with python or vba. why rbc, why this team, why you, what do you wanted to learn from this experience.
