I applied through my university's career website and the HR Director contacted me immediately-- within a few minutes! He told me about the company and asked me a few simple questions about my background. I was studying abroad at the time so we set up Skype interviews for the next few days. I had one Skype interview with a Senior Project Manager, and another with the Director of Proj. Management, another Senior Project Manager, and the Head of Delivery together. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I could get a really good sense of their office culture just from speaking with them which made me even more excited to possibly to join their team. The whole process moved pretty fast and HR was great about getting back to me quickly; I was offered the internship within a week. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend RAPP!
