Called to set up a time with the manager on duty. We picked a specific time to have an interview on-site. He gave me a tour of the restaurant and an orientation after the interview.

What are my strengths as a server working in the industry for over 5 years?
The process was simple however I did not receive a call back at all. The staff was friendly when I was there. The interview did not last as long as I would have thought.

Interview was very easy and relaxed. Answered basic interview questions. Passed first interview and had a second interview with a different manager and was fire on the spot after second interview.
