The interview was a phone call where I was offered the job. The actual hiring process took 6 weeks including drug testing, vaccinations which took multiple trips, keeping an eye open for emails that were random, connecting with the HR remote person, apart from the hiring manager, who also communicated sporadically though she did communicate, thank you! The hiring manager's role was over once the remote HR person took over.
