Phone interview with recruiter. They shared valuable information about the journey the company is taking with their EA program as well as some of the challenges. Unfortunately the interviewer was not technical so much of the value I could share was likely not fully understood. I was able to share my experience as to the kinds of problems I encountered and how they were or could be remedied.
