I was ask to give a brief example of how I could benefit the CSR dept. The manager was very friendly as that he explained that I was chosen because of my versitility in the company. I was not interested due to the fact that you would be on call 24/7.

Three-phased interview (phone screen, first round, and second round)
Asked quite a few questions in the first round interview (~ 15-20), a lot were standard for a project manager/customer service position. The interview consisted of the department manager and their backup.
The second round you were able to get a closer look at the role with the trainer, and she showed you an example of a project and how they ran them to make sure you were still interested in the role.

Good..last round with hr may be convincing.. he asks cunning questions casually..plz don't say that you were studying for competitive exams..these kind of fools don't accept us.Pls go with formal looks ..try to be fluent in English language.it is most important for getting a job in mnc like this
